Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs:

Australian Orders - $10 Standard Postage, $15 Express Postage

Any International Orders - $40 flat rate shipping

2. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods:
a. We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier.
b. Shipping methods and delivery times vary depending on your location and the option selected at checkout.
c. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

5. Customs and Duties:
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Delivery Issues:
Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate to avoid any delivery complications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct address at checkout when purchasing an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package. 

7. Damages:

Inner Hayaa is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit. In the unlikely event, please contact the shipment carrier team to file a complaint.
