Refund policy

At Inner Hayaa we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. With our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, we have established the following return and refund policy.

1. Returns: At Inner Hayaa, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. We take great care to inspect our products before they are shipped to ensure that they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide you with instructions on returning the item. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

2. Exchanges: We understand that selecting the correct size is important and that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. We allow exchanges for sizes under the following conditions:

a. The exchange must be requested within the 10 days of receiving your order.
b. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
c. You must provide proof of purchase, such as order details or receipts.
d. The requested size for exchange must be available in stock.

Please note, we do NOT accept exchanges or returns on hijabs (khimars, jilbabs, under-cap are included) for hygiene purposes

3. Exchange Approval: We do not accept exchanges for a change of mind, unless it is due to a size exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions, is damaged due to misuse, or does not fulfill the requirements outlined above. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you of the exchange approval status.

4. Shipping Costs: For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us as well as costs back to them. 

5. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. If you request a cancellation or refund within 2 hours of placing your order, and your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Unfortunately, this fee is charged and retained by Shopify and is not something we receive or are able to refund.
